We're back in Blighty today, swinging by The Red Lodge Steakhouse in Cambridgeshire to have a crack at their 72oz steak challenge...

This thing has been failed hundreds of times in its nine year history and only defeated once! If you can sink a 72oz steak cooked to your liking, a rocket salad and some chips inside one hour, not only is the meal FREE but you get £50 cold hard cash too!

    Worked in this place in the kitchen for about a year and loved every second. Every time someone came in to try the challenge or the wing challenge we all laughed cause no once had done it before. Glad to see someone do it 🤣

  • Mad respect to this guy's toilet bowl, plumber and all the sewage processing workers who make this series possible o7 Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Mix the crushed biscuits with the almonds and butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 18-20cm cake tin, lined with baking parchment. Bake for 15 mins, then cool completely until the crust firms up. Reduce the oven temperature to 140C/120C fan/gas 1 and place a baking tray filled with water at the bottom of the oven.
