Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I’ll be damned, Thursday again! I hope you’re all having a great week and I’m incredibly grateful to see you back again for another video. Tonight’s episode of TCOB is probably one of my favourites of the year, so I hope you enjoy it just as much. Of course if you hate it, feel free to let rip in the comments ;) NB: For the international audience, I understand you may be confused that there’s a bowl of fried pieces of batter in the bottom left corner which remain uneaten. In Britain we call these ‘scraps’ which I understand might be lost in translation to those overseas. These do not have to be eaten as part of the challenge, I assume because they’re just loose bits of fried batter that accumulate in the fryers of most chippies. I hope that clears up any potential confusion.

What a bargain! Also, I don't think I've seen many food challenges where the owners tell you that you can leave parts of it, I swear some places would have you clean the pattern off of the plate if it meant they stayed undefeated.

Well done. In the USA we don’t have cod that big in our restaurants, not even close. I love fish and chips in England. I would love a plate full of the fish and chips you were eating. Great job.

I'm going to England in May from Tasmania and doing a British isle cruise, also staying in a village before the next cruise to Scandinavia. We're staying at a 500 year old hotel called the Crown and down the road is the Fox and Hound where we will order our first British fish and chips. So excited.

18 quid for that amount of fish alone is a decent price. Actually looks like a decent chippy though, tiger bread etc. Don't think I've ever had or wanted beans with fish and chips though...

The fish are huge and look absolutely delicious. I want to visit there. The fish they use have to be so big to make pieces in those sizes.
