Are Bodybuilders Strong? Natural Pro Does Powerlifting: One Rep Max In Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift

This video was filmed 7 weeks after my first bodybuilding competition - The OCB Conquer - in which I won the masters 40+ division and earned my OCB Pro Card. On a whim, I decided to go back to my powerlifting roots (I competed for 15 years) and see where I stood in the competition lifts. I haven’t consistently trained the bench press or deadlift for several months, and I have done a barbell squat maybe once or twice in the last year. So there was no peaking or practicing for this test.
