Both are great cars, but the Camaro with the 1LE package is the choice for me!!

I have a 2018 SS and a 2020 accord 2.0T. The 1LE is a monster. Even the LT1 trim is probably the quickest car you can buy for 35kish

I had a 2020 Type R just like in the video - The review sums it up nicely - dynamics are fantastic for FWD car. However, the quality/design flaws are still there for 2020. Mine had a horrible transmission with 1-2 grind and a 5-4 lockout. I never tracked mine but according to forums people are still having overheating problems with the 2020. Ended up selling it and going back to RWD with a C5 Z06.

1st off, that lady was awesome & the summary was spot on. The CTR is great for what it is, but the SS 1LE is easily the best performance bargain available today. FWIW, there’s no difference in throttle mapping between tour & sport. Track is more linear than either of them & feels less punchy by design.

I know the CTR motor is much more efficient and modern but that 6.2L push rod V8 sound makes it my pick and the reason why it's in my garage.

I have 4 kids left at home and have no issues with a full weeks haul worth of food in the trunk of my SS 1LE and have room to spare. Trunk opening size is only a limiting factor in it but that is a rare issue. I can say the Type R is a very nice car and would love to have one too.

As a Camaro (ZL1) owner I can testify to the shortcomings of the cargo area. Specifically the trunk opening's odd shape making loading and unloading a sometimes frustrating experience despite there being quite a bit of usable space in the trunk. And the back seats are big enough for children or small adults only. But unless I have to pick my girlfriend's kids up from school that's never an issue anyway. I love the Camaro. But also having owned a "hot hatch" (Mazdaspeed 3) I can certainly appreciate the utility that comes with the Civic. Although I think that if I were in the market for a hot hatch again i'd most likely be considering a Focus RS or Golf GTI.

I literally picked up 2x4s at Lowes in my Civic Type R 2 days ago. lol.

If you're a car guy, like me, you love rims and a great set of rims makes a car look great and without a doubt the 1LE rims look amazing right up there with the 2015 Z28 rims those were also great looking rims.

Great video. So humorous. Loved every bit of it. Great review of both cars. So much of information presented in such a clever format. Thumbs up

I can't think of another car that can top that Camaro in terms of $/performance, but it's hard to match the practicality of a hot hatch nowadays. As good as the Type R is on track, I'm even more amazed at how good it is on the road, Honda has come a long way from the original EK9. Trice is a natural in front of the camera, I hope we'll see her again in season 2!

Every other drag race on YouTube has the Camaro winning by a mile, not 1 or 2 car lengths lol. Driver mod needed

I've owned several different cars and trucks, I grew up in a Chevrolet family which didn't really influence me for the most part, it was really what GM put out that got my attention the most.Monte Carlo SS,Grand National and of course Camaro SS!! Out of all the cars in the world performance wise, the Camaro is my go to Hot Rod, and I'm on my way to #3 Camaro 1SS1LE, hopefully it gets built.

Yes, please more track battles with cars that average income people can afford. 👍

Enjoyed the video. It kept my interest. Great content. Overall refreshing presentation; a little humor is good. Nice contrast among the two hosts. Well done.

The CTR is still very impressive
