That NSX driver deserves a round of applause 🎉👏
-
As the owner of a '91 NSX I will have to say the outcome of this was surprising. The ol gurl can still hang. Getting on the entrance ramp one day and just stayed in the throttle into 3rd, doing 85-90 mph. Looked behind me, Atlanta Police. Followed me for a bit then pulled beside and gave me a thumbs up. Car guy
-
This video just proves the original NSX was the pinnacle of Japanese engineering. No corners cut, no shortcuts, no restrictive budget, just raw engineering and pushing the limit of what is possible on four wheels. We may never see that level of dedication ever again from Honda.
-
That montage from 3:12 was so SICK 🔥
-
NSX held up real well; 5.2sec from a 30 yr-old car is impressive
-
Proof that the millions of dollars of research and F1 knowledge they poured into the NSX over 30 years ago still holds up. That is truly a special car.
-
Jason + editors please give them a raise!!! Fun, factual, quality, well written - best content ever!
-
The production values and virtual insertion of Jason in the slow-mos even tapping the car is so clever. You guys set a very high bar!
-
The editors at Hagerty are just astonishing
-
NSX always manages to make loose my breath. Purposeful shape, clean lines, epic engineering. Always an icon.
-
Seeing all of the cars lined up next to each other is a crazy reminder of just how huge modern cars have gotten.
-
I have always love the old NSX , would love to own one someday… it’s pretty impressive how good it does with its power disadvantage
-
I had two S2000s in the past and regret selling them every day. Brilliant engineering and crazy fun to drive. The original NSX is still on my bucket list.
-
That NSX is still a BEAST!! And even at 32 yrs of age, drop-dead gorgeous😍
-
Just wanted to say I really really really appreciate that you guys show the full drag race in one shot, no cuts at 6:22. It really puts into perspective how things panned out without changing camera angles each 0.1 second.
-
13.5 @ over 100 mph trap speed is highly impressive for over 30 years ago
-
You can tell how much cars had gotten bigger when the NSX pulled up in between the two new cars and you can also tell towards the end when they were all lined up together. Crazy.
-
The NSX design is over 30 years old. Think about the computing and technological development in that time and yet it still holds its own. It is actually a masterpiece.
-
Love the editing from this channel so neat & creative!
