I’ve been fighting for appropriate care for my father whose a veteran and older and it’s honestly been frustrating and painful and I’m disgusted by our healthcare system. When the day comes to an end I honestly just want to crawl under a rock and disappear but when LH drops a new story it gives me the opportunity to just get out of that headspace and listen to a great story by a great narrator and for that I truly thank you. To be able to just forget, even for 40 minutes is such a blessing. So thank you Stephen, thank you.

The most unealistic part of this is that a kid could afford a decent night vision camera to see details

I was ready to hear the protagonist’s dad’s cause of death was that Earl fed him to the truck. Would have been a crazy twist

I HAVE TO SAY, YOU ARE MY FAVORITE. THE WAY YOU TELL THE STORY IS ENCHANTING, CREEPY AND 🥳🤯😱. YOUR STORYTELLING IS AMAZING, NOT GOOD BUT THE BEST. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO. We had elderly neighbors when I was small, Martha and George. I remember when I was five and got my first pocket knife. Of course I had to show “uncle George” and he showed me how to carve various things. Earle reminded me of that. 😀👍

I found this story to be really compelling; the details are excellent and the plot is so believable that there are some scary portions when it's true how the bad things are

And the worst part was, that after shaking Earl's hand, Freddy kept getting extended factory warranty spam calls till the end of his days!

My heart does a little flip every time I see a new Lighthouse story has been posted. I do admire the amazing voices and the way you are drawn into the story.
