Watched the way she cooked the scrambled eggs - particularly (1) relatively low heat (2) allowing them to settle and not stirring immediately (3) the method of moving the mix from the outside to the center (5)"folding" method and (6) not overcooking the eggs. This is by far the best "scrambled eggs" video I've ever seen; very well done.

Came here to have my scrambled eggs fluffier and noticed this video is 6 years old. I checked her channel and she's got videos recently and consistent uploads, and that makes me happy.

My daughter loves to eat the breakfast egg served in the hotels for morning breakfast but at home she would be terrified to eat eggs cooked by me, so I tried your style and today is the first time she ate eggs happily! Thank you and blessings Amy!
