Okay so I decided to follow all her tips the last 3 weeks and I have never felt better and have lost 11 lbs. I have tried every diet but could not stick with it for more than a day because I love soda and brownies. So what I have done is eat 2 meals, start with 1 tbsp of acv in 8 oz of water, then eat a cup of broccoli, then chicken or beef, rice or potatoes, and then I let myself have a soda and a treat (brownie or chocolate). I then walk around the house for at least 10 minutes. I feel so much better, I can finally sleep, and my insatiable sugar cravings are much more manageable. I have been easily able to stick with it because it is telling me how to eat my sugar instead of trying to cut it out completely. This has changed my life and now I am down to just 1 soda a day at my 1st meal when I used to drink almost a liter a day.
  • I can't believe that what she is saying is true. All my life I've been having fruit as a snack between meals. I couldn't figure out why I was shaky and hungry. I was getting glucose spikes and felt like I was starving. Now, I just had a savory breakfast, and immediately after that a handful of strawberries. I don't feel a super sugar or energy rush. When I ate fruit on its own I could feel my entire face get super warm and checks were red. I feel much better now, and not as tired anymore. I have more energy because I don't eat any sugar at all, except for during birthday parties. I'll report back on weight loss results too.

I was raised a poor boy from a poor family by Grandparents. Grandma baked all the time, breads, cinnamon rolls, dough dobs! Eating sweets has thus become addictive, comfort food. Recently turned 65 ; somewhat physically fit. However I never really “feel my best”. Day three of eating vegetables first, hoping to have enough “will power” to stop the damn cravings when “life happens”. Wish me luck, thanking my higher power for finding this cute young lady.
  • I love this girl for SO MANY REASONS!! AND NO, I AM NOT GAY not that that's a bad thing! But she has done her research, is educated and is sharing her strengths and knowledge. We need more people like her😊

That is so true! What makes Jessie Inchauspe special is the way she communicate her knowledge and findings. It is very french, to communicate in an imaging way, which allows to visualise the information received.

This is exactly what's happened to me: I gave up alcohol on Jan 1st which massively reduced my sugar cravings and subsequently reduced my dependence on high-carb foods. I've lost more than 4kg in 6 weeks without much effort.

A great chat, thank you both. I enjoy podcasts like this which make me do more research into the science to try and understand what has been said. But, the best thing is to try the concepts myself, Jessie’s hacks, and see how I feel. I can tell you that I have tried these hacks and I have never felt better. I am 68 and I can already see improvements in my skin, I am able to do more things in the day, and I am sleeping so much better. These hacks, plus lots of exercise, strength training, and meditation are now part of my life until the day I die - hopefully after many more years of quality life! It’s never too late to change.

I quit sugar over a year ago never felt better, intermittent fasting, growing more foods at home! I make keto alternatives to some things and I much prefer those healthy versions! Feels soo goood :)

Thank you for the interview with Jessie, who reveals to the public that through a healthy and correct diet, diseases can be prevented and even cured. You are one of the doctors who educates patients on a healthy diet as prevention. Unfortunately, most of the doctors I know continue to diagnose diseases and treat patients with lots of pills.

Hi, this is the way I burned all my fat, including from my glutes and love handles. I have very little fat on my body and I lost over 90 pounds. I started a Ketogenic lifestyle and OMAD concomitantly on 6/2022 to lose weight. But I know what caused me to lose all my fat was my OMAD intermittent fasting. I eat Ketogenic once a day, at 3pm, and fast until the next day 3pm. I only drink water and black coffee, no sugar. Here is why I lost the fat: about 20 hours into my fasting, I started my long walks. I gradually increased my long walks during fasting to 10 miles, and eventually to 15 miles, 5 days a week. 15 miles takes me a little over 4 hours and 50 minutes. You must walk while fasting to lose your fat because your body uses your own body's fat for energy and that's how you lose fat. You would think that walking 10 to 15 miles while fasting 20 hours will cause weakness or tiredness during the long walk..on the contrary I felt more energetic because my body was burning ketones for energy from my body fat. All I had was water with electrolytes. That's all..after two years of long walks during fasting 20 hours, I have very little fat on my body. I felt great during my walks and very energetic. So, if you decide to go on Ketogenic lifestyle and OMAD, consult your physician or certified Nutritionist to guide you and make sure you are getting proper nutrition and keep your muscle and lose your fat. OMAD and long walks while fasting is a great way to lose fat. I also reversed my insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome and all its associated degenerative diseases completely
