without question my performance has improved on carnivore. its not even close. I was confused at first because my heart rate zones were off once fat adapted. I was so thrilled cuz I can push myself until I'm bored basically. I feel super human

to fully disclose, I have been doing this on and off since 1999 back when you didn't talk about this way of eating in public lol

Short, sweet (but not the carb kind of sweet!), and to the point! Thanks for this! I'm 67 years young, have lost 23 pounds of blubber so far, and have been eating more meat and a lot fewer plants and have been working with a trainer at the gym. He's vegetarian/pescatarian, so I told him I'll figure out my own diet. I've been skipping breakfast and eating after I get home from the gym. But one question, I put 6g taurine, 6g glycine, 1g l-carnitine, 5g creatine monohydrate, 1g l-cysteine, and 5g l-leucine in my morning coffee, along with a tsp of butter before my workout. Should I save these supplements until after my workout?
