I admire Dr. Paul Mason's breadth of knowledge and his analytical abilities to pay attention to numerous, small (but critical !) details pertaining to human health and nutrition. God Bless Dr. Mason, The MD genius 🙏

I didn't believe this cornivore diet until I tried it. I'm now a believer.

Two of the finest Doctors in Australia. Always listen to their podcasts. 2-4 the price of one. Excellent!

In my own experience, when I ate low fiber carnivore meals, I noticed that very small amounts of poop were generated. I wrongly took that to mean that it might be collecting or blocking somewhere; how exciting to learn that is not the case. More evidence to me that the carnivore diet is the way to go!

Thank you for this snippet from the initial interview. It’s good to be reminded of the basics and why we feel the keto ketovore carnivore way of eating is beneficial to all of us humans. You two could participate in any debate with anyone and present facts calmly and with a measured tone. Too many become nasty and aggressive when discussing the reasons why certain foods are harming us. Like some of these comments here. Thank you to you both from a fellow Australian.

This is one of the best interviews, the full length one is worth watching on Dr Chaffee's channel. Please fix the link in the description so that it takes people to the full interview if you don't have it I can give it to you.

I trust everything these two say. Well respected docs. 👏🇦🇺 Edit: By the way, on the topic of colostomy bags, when l feed food with carrots to my dog, orange pieces appear in his poo as though undigested. I pay a lot for this apparently healthy food. Any others find this?

"Idiopathic" is right up there with "It's genetic". The 2 favourite scape goats which doctors use to BS patients. But hey, there's a pill for that....
  • @gustav4539
Phytosterols are actually promoted by the mainstream to lower the risk of atherosclerosis. Yikes, that is problematic.
  • For us people of a certain age, Paul Mason only makes cheap wine. Look it up!
  • @AnthGags333
Is it just the plant sterols in refined seed oils or all plant sterols, avocados specifically? Allot of carnivore-style diets incorporate foods like avocados, but they are stupidly high in beta-sitosterol (plant sterol).
  • @BenedictFoley
Once read that crickets and other insects, due to their exoskeletons are high in calcium
