People Warned Me Not To Visit Rural China - 1st time in rural China, near Xi'an
Chinese New Year in Xi'an, China ➡️    • I'm Overwhelmed! Chinese New Year in ...

I have been to several cities in China, but never been to rural China. Time to change that. My friends ‪@JetLagWarriors‬ and I decided to leave the city center of Xi'an, China and go explore. Without a big plan in mind, we just took the metro to the last station and then a taxi into the mountains. So, what's rural China going to be like? People told me I might not have a good time in countryside China as people might be rude, won't speak any English and it might even be dangerous there for foreigners. I want to see it with my own eyes and find out the truth about rural China. Join us!

I respect you. Not many people can leave the Media Prison. I watch more and more videos from you and others and i finally understand that a lot of people are being used as pawn to strengthen a political party for self interest. We have been blinded by the Media, thats why you are very helpful to open the eyes of so many people and see that the world is Amazing and not see the the world how the Media wants you to see. Thank you.

If you come to the east of China such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, especially in south of Jiangsu Province, you will find the countryside in these areas has a perfect infrastructure. Almost all villages are connected by national and provincial roads. I lived in a village in the south of Jiangsu Province. The council has invested a lot of money in us to build convenient facilities, including hospitals, schools, parks, and even a big shopping square. Actually I am living in the UK and I've been to a lot of places in Europe but I can't really find any better infrastructure than my home village.❤❤❤

9:25 She said there was hot tea, which was sold by the pot. Later, she asked if she could help you heat up that bottle of cold drink.

Welcome to Xi'an! As a local, I cannot imagine you go to such rural areas like Cuihua Shan! Its also famous for its Quaternary glacial remains. The special terrains and broken rocks along the trails are due to the melt of the glacier. When you wanna buy hot water, actually the lady said they do offer hot tea in teapot. They can also help you to warm up the bottle tea drinks :)

The reason for the "no-pictures" sign at the lake is probably because there will be so many people during the peak tourist season, and the railings at the lake are not very high, making it easy for people to fall into the lake due to pushing. This sign is a pre-warning and can be used when the crowd gathers too much, and it will have staff from the scenic spot to guide tourists in this place. There are so many people in China's scenic spots during the peak season that you can't even imagine them, so extra safety measures are required, even if these measures seem unreasonable in the off-season. @KenAbroad

I saw your video from Chinese TikTok, and you are quite famous on that channel, so I come to follow you on YouTube. I absolutely love your video and the way how you show the real China. I'm from Shanghai and currently studying in the UK, but I'm finishing my study this year. I hope one day you could come back to Shanghai, I can take you around and maybe some cities close to Shanghai, like Hangzhou
