Best broker so far, showing the house and its incredible features without overselling. Allowing the house to sell itself whilst telling a story and letting the person viewing to fully immerse themselves in what living in that home would feel like!

I used to work for a pest control company and we used to service this home twice a week because of the extreme scorpion problems this area has. It looks nice, but just way too many scorpions and too many places for them to hide around the home because of all the rocks and the water that draw them in.

I am genuinely amazed that this house is only 25 million dollars...I know that it is still a lot of money but some of the more expensive homes that are shown on this channel don't even come close to the level of beauty and innovation that comes with this home. Simply beautiful.

Michael and Adam, you have shown us some great houses over the years, but this one is ... stunning. Like Adam said: All these plants add something special that lets you feel nature close to you even in a building full of concrete, steel and glass. And those views are amazing too. A really special house and you can see that the architects and builders cared for every detail.

I’ve been watching multiple channels about homes all around the world for many many years. BUT this house is astonishing. The level of details fare unbelievable and unmatched. The price tag looks even reasonable considering the feelings you get and this is only by watching a video. Imagine the real tour. I agree with Michael, « Touring a house will never be the same again »

The design of this house is next level, by far your best home tour to date boys, loved it. The architects and interior designers deserve an award for this build. Michael needs to buy this place. Also Vegas is tax free I think?

Okay, FINALLY, a very original and unique home that is unlike any others I have seen. The creativity, materials, and craftsmanship in this house is spectacular! It is tasteful, and yet it is beyond what most people would imagine a desert oasis to be like. Outstanding creation by Blue Heron. You must be elated with this masterpiece you have created. I have never been a fan of Modern/Contemporary etc… but this is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. It is truly a masterpiece. I would love to be the owner and call this home.

That house is built like a compound. Very cool design and interesting to get all the details from the builder. This was a great video! Side Note: $25 million feels like a steal of a deal for this, if this was in LA It would be hundred million plus with that same layout and views lol
