This is the sort of home I love seeing because it's simply impossible to replicate. The history, the art, the grounds, the lifetimes it takes to build up a castle like this, it requires so much more than money. You can't hire a firm to make this. This isn't the next mega mansion made of glass. I love it

As an architect I can say the scale of work that went into this is unimaginably insane. Everything is a masterpiece

The grotto is used for "Eyes Wide Shut" parties.

I am very pleased that he turned down a private offer and decided to make it public. No one person needs that massive space to live in. He obviously came to that conclusion. By offering it for rent, and probably various other things, the money generated, can continue the upkeep and repairs or other expenses. Hopefully this can live on as a testament to history not just to France, also the other highlighted countries.❤ Bravo Maestro!!
  • As a history buff, it almost makes you want to cry how beautiful this was created, the authenticity is beautiful, to have even one of those artifacts just insane. I am happy that a man of commitment to truth is the owner

I think there's nothing even close to this anywhere on Earth. It's not luxury or monumentality alone, but an extremely dense accumulation of art, history and beauty, all organized in an absolutely, incredibly masterful way. Mr. García is a wonderful madman. What an incredible display of talent.
  • A recreation of this property for virtual exploration would be absolutely amazing.

damn i am actually impressed by the indian palace architecture and detailings, this legit looks like some 800 year old rajasthani king's palace and especially with those old rust looking pillars and carvings around the home, the wooden slab ceilings wooooooffffffffff! that is priceless. Amazing video Erik , i never knew something like this even exists especially in any foreign country is mind blowing.

as a builder i would like to thank all the ancestors who built and repaired this home and garden for a daunting 400 years the immense detail cannot be overlooked nor fathomed , congratulations to the man who owns this masterpiece

This is not a house at all, but a museum! This video took two days to shoot. It’s really hard to imagine how long it would take to recreate the same museum! It feels like I couldn’t finish the visit even if I stayed there for a week! Thank you very much for introducing, what a great job! 👍🥰🙏
  • And im over here hoping one day i can go to a dentist to get my teeth fixed so i could not be in pain. Must be nice.

Stop saying a price and bleeping it out. Annoying.
  • @smilesfordays
I’m don’t really care for the multimillion house walkthroughs besides just seeing the random things people value… but this is something else. I’d love to see someone truly do a whole documentary series and be able to tour it myself. It’s priceless and beautiful.
  • @DenisTRUFFAUT
I'm french, and the most incredible thing about this property, is even french people don't know it exists ! Thanks for this amazing discovery !
  • @LilWindex
Anybody know what that song is that keeps playing in the background?
  • @alexcameron7774
I like how he is so respectful of the properties and doesn’t touch anything so he doesn’t damage the history
  • @normalguyfromSW
You could fill a whole account with videos just with this property. It’s stunningly beautiful and detailed . I would love to spend a week there
  • @cas9343
I hope the owner will preserve this and pass it on to someone who has the same passion for it. This is impeccable and so deeply designed. I wouldn’t dream of living in a place so well thought out, it’s art in the most true sense
  • @cecilia76984
I'm French and I never heard of this place before, it's unbelievable! What a great video! Thanks :)
