This 11,500 sq ft residence sits inside one of the most expensive gated communities in Delray Beach, Florida. Villa Ananda, as it’s called, is on the market for $24 million, and the price tag puts the home at a price per square foot of almost $2,100, which is well beyond record-breaking territory in the exclusive Stone Creek Ranch neighborhood. Interestingly, this Palm Beach County home does not include a single palm tree. The owners chose to skip Florida’s ubiquitous vegetation and plant greenery across the estate that would make the residence feel less like a Florida mansion and more like a mega-villa in the Italian countryside.

Sales of luxury homes in Delray Beach have seen a dramatic rise in price over the past five years with the average price per square foot more than doubling.

CNBC’s Ray Parisi takes an exclusive tour with luxury real estate broker Senada Adzem of Douglas Elliman.

The camera movement and the filming style is a little disorienting.

I really enjoyed the running tour. More please as long as Ray could handle it 😆

When a house is so big that 17-foot ceilings looks and feels like 8-foot.
  • @BrianB-dz5db
I have to say, the run at the beginning is very appreciated. It was fun and got me interested to see more.
  • Josh working that DJI Ronin 4D like champ! (No time for lens changes Josh?! LOL!) And Legendary Productions on the drone. My tow favorite videographers! And Senada could sell me a rusty spaghetti can for $1,000,000!! I like the house but would definitely prefer waterfront I could dock my yacht behind for that price.

Nice McLaren 675LT. I love that car although I 2puld want the coupe with the roof scoop. Too hot in Florida for a convertible 90% of the time. At night on the imterstate doing 85 over the Gandy or Howard Frankenstein, but especially the Skyway (Yes I'm fro. PINELLAS) ypu get the breeze and the smell of the saltwater plus the lights and if it's a cool night, you get a vapor trail off the rear nacelles because you are going so fast.

I am going to need a buggy around the house.

I would never pay this much for this house in this location. My friend's house is a little over 8,000 square feet and in ON Ocean in Palm Beach and that's worth probably about $21 million. The house is very sterile too, not really that impressive to me for this type of money. A Costco store bought sauna in a $24 million house is embarrassing.

Не успеваю бежать за ним. Давай ещё раз

The filming was GREAT. It really showed the scale of the property. I didn't like that EVERYTHING was WHITE. The house, the furniture, the walls, the refrigerator, the lights, the beds, the closets, the flowers. OK, there was a little grey but come on guys. The Big, WHITE BOX is BORING!! The grounds and the landscaping were beautiful. It seemed like living in a huge, fancy hospital. Add some COLOR guys!!
  • Took me a couple of seconds to realize that it's a drone and not some guy holding a camera and doing parkour over the furniture.
