Stevia packets or baking bags have added maltodextrin or dextrose. Those fillers are worse than sugar. If you eat pure stevia, however, you'll be fine. Always read the ingredients.

Pure Stevia but not mixed with poisonous sugars such as Splenda shown in your video.

I stopped taking stevia and switched to monk fruit

It is absolutely fine to put stevia once in a while in my black coffee or tea when iam on a sweet mood.

I. Heard it's not the stevia, it's what in the process and what's put into it that is Unhealthy.

Unfortunately, processors go way overboard with Stevia, most often adding way too much, ergo, why an off- aftertaste...Stevia is 1000x sweeter than cane sugar.
