I felt sad for Alan when Jimmy Kimmel said that it was "unsettling" to see him smile because he thinks of him as "evil". I mean, JEEZ. I don't think anyone wants to hear that lol. He had the biggest grin on his face, and you could see him deflate and his smile fade immediately after what Jimmy said, which I found kind of sad. I know of course it was just a joke though, so please don't come at me lol.

I miss his face, laugh, smile, acting prowess, and public sweetness every damn day. He was one of my first celebrity crushes (somehow my parents thought it was alright to let a young child watch Die Hard. Different times back then, man!) I only grew to appreciate him more because he was such a true gem of an actor and, from what EVERYONE who's been asked about working with him (before and since his death), he was also a genuinely wonderful man. 2016 was the worst year for celebrity losses, not least of which was this incredibly, talented man. So many roles he would have been great in but was taken too soon.
