It was really neat how we actually learned a lot about various cultures in each season, and then the artists and designers would built painstakingly beautiful tribal council areas to reflect each culture...

A truly underrated season. It brought in the culture and spirit of the land, real survival, the danger of the lions, the underdog story of Boran, the first ever twist, the aggressiveness and fall of Lex, and the tamed spirit of Ethan that earned him the million dollars.

My first Survivor ever. Loved it so much and to this day, remains one of my favorite seasons ever. Watched it when it first aired and became attatched immediately. Had to say, Ethan and Big Tom were hands down my favorites this season. Also, the intro is just so epic.

I actually liked Frank. I liked his dry sense of humor, very similar to Rudy's. Yeah he got overly-political in the last episode but I liked him and most of this cast. Fabulous season.

@TheOutbackProduction The guy was certainly very likeable but I find it amazing how underrated strategist Ethan is. Everyone forgets the man is behind two of the biggest turning points for his group. First throwing the challenge to get rid of Silas and the second was to blindside Brandon after Kelly's ouster. He used Lex perfectly as a goat and made moves under him when he needed to. By the end, he was the good guy that never wronged anyone. He played a nearly flawless game in Africa.

I loved T-bird <3 the fact that she was not only excluded from the DVD cover, but also from Survivor All Stars is an absolute blasphemy.
