  • Love from Toronto! I’m turning 61 and found out that i am in a pre-diabetes condition. I was advised to take care of myself and change my lifestyle, pronto! And then covid-19 happened. Forced to stay home and miraculously given the time I need to exercise, I started to look for challenging workouts that will not break my knees. Then I found you! After 6 months of rigorously doing what you have preached, i am down from 160 pounds to 132. From size 10 to size 4! And i have never felt and looked better!     This is the best workout so far. I often didn't find the logic behind how exercies were grouped together in previous workouts, but this one clearly shows the different between each exercise. Just by knowing that an exercise is green (easy) the heart rate comes back to normal and prepares well for the next red. And in my mind I don't get tired and freaked out at a red, as I know that the next one will be green and allow me to cool down. Thus, enabling me to give my best to each exercise and do them properly. I hope that Jordan provides the same representation and methodology to all his future workouts, especially level 4 and upwards. Thanks a tonne dude. Rock on!

    Dear Jordan, Your videos are very inspiring. I’ve been following them since 2018, training everyday 6 days a week. They helped me being stronger, more confident and frankly, my wife is more worried in a good way by the man I became now ^^! Unfortunately I got a inguinal hernia that is not a big thing but the doctor told me that I should stop training for a least a month, waiting for surgery, maybe I went too far, I don’t know. I’m 46 years old, I fought very hard to get where I wanted to be. Despite the advice of my doctor I’m going to follow you carefully on this one and I take responsibility for that, because I want to. I just want to thank you for so much inspiration. Keep the move and stay safe.
