  • Started doing it 3 weeks ago, first week 3 laps, second 4 and now 5. Feels good. Though not much of a weight loss,, but resting heart beat has slowed down drastically and the upper body feels muscular.

    0:43 Lunges 1:10 Sideways Lunges with a hop 1:30 Push-ups and knee push ups 2:02 Heel Touches, Raised leg crunches, sit ups but only slight getting up (I don’t what this is called) 2:57 Quadruped leg raises 3:47 Squats 4:07 Plank with Shoulder tap, Plank Mountain climbers, Plank with knee tap 4:55 Pilates Dart with hands behind your back and only raising your chest Do these for 2-5 sets of 10-25 reps you choose how many you want to do.

    This workout is great for beginners as it’s doable but also challenging. Respect to Ronaldo for creating a workout that is best designed for beginners and would be very beneficial for them
