Here’s a 30 min full fat burn workout with no equipment that gets you shredded
to the bone! Honestly been struggling myself a little as my fitness level isn’t as
high atm or shall I say in top gear! But hey give it a go and let me know how you

    I fell in love with these exercises, what about the others? Because I used to have belly fat and excess belly fat, I weighed 87 kg and now my body weight has decreased to 63 kg, a result of tireless exercise.

  • Wow incredible and intense workout . I am surprised that I was able to do the whole thing without stopping except the breaks u had taken although for some workout I had to decrease momentum but didnt pause , even the V sit hold towards the end . Yet fitness is always a long way to go .
