    I eat those lectins foods you mentioned. I'm 73 now, running 10km on the street, and do 150 push-ups everyday! My blood pressure is 115/75, and I have no sickness or health issues

    I eat all these you mentioned them not healthy foods, today i 73 years old, i can run 6-10km on the street, do more than 100 push up, my blood pressure is around 115/75, no issue every day !!!! So how ?!

    I cut out lectin-bearing foods; I feel marginally better. I'm not sure how universal this is, though. It certainly improved Dr. Gundry's life, and I'm really happy for him, and he DOES look better than when he was in his 40s-50s! I'm going to view some of his other YouTubes, for certain. One small note: it's GLY-PHO-SATE, NOT gly-So-Phate. Just a small mis-narration.

    He forgot what he said in previous videos. I eat all of these foods in moderation. Cabage, brocoli, califlower, tomatoes...Moderation is the key.
