    Who can not eat for 48 hours? 72?. I do change my fast times but fast everyday. Organic Costa Rica coffee,green tea. I've been using slippery elm for my gut. I was throwing up every week for three months. The elm powder fixed that up. I'm glad your video touches alot instead of searching all over❤❤❤

  • They are saying that we need to fast for example, 17 hours which means we eat during a 7 hour window.

    Sounds all good and dandy, but what about us older people who work physically demanding, full-time jobs? I bounce between different shifts and there's no way I'd have time or the necessary stamina to fast for long periods of time.

    Easy to buy Organic coffee but how can you insure it's 'mold free' ? Any recommendations as far as a brand ? And, Avocado, does that have to be organic ?

    Great, but 2 mistakes Olive oil is the fat that the resist the better the heat, obviously without leaving it burning...there are lots of research about that subject Curcuma is practically not assimilated by our organism if it s not low heat nearly for 10 mn and goes with fat and pepper...it s not harming you raw but it s not useful...also lot of studies Thanks!!
