You'll watch an entire Netflix show even when the first episodes are slow and boring just because someone told you "it gets better." But what if you looked at your goals like that and watched your life get better instead?
  • @TomPFC
I’m currently considering doing a masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology at university - this interview made that decision for me, and I submitted my application this morning. Brilliant interview, thank you :)

So valuable for everybody! (not for athletes only) Thanks Mulligan Bros for filming and publishing! Must have video for everybody to build a better society
  • @MrNebulon
Only 7k.. Lol.. The amount of knowledge and wisdom he is sharing is just tremendous. He casually drops profound insight.. He's right up there with the best.., Mr. Beswick is my guy!

As a professional sportsman myself, trying to climb that ladder. This is GOLD! There’s a lot of psychology videos around from famous psychologist such as Jordan Peterson, Carl Jung. But this man has learned there philosophy’s and made it specific to sport athletes! Game changer
  • This video is gold, I’d like to think anyone who has watched would agree. SO much valuable information.

I really liked the interview with master Shi heng yi, and now here is another one. It's interesting that you're not just interviewing some famous self help gurus like other interviewers. You're meeting real experts from different fields. Excited about the future interviews!!
  • @iklobus

  • @Anna-mv9ew
Thank you! I have an upcoming competition and I've been taking notes while watching. Will do the exercises that Bill Beswick mentioned right now, those are really needed. Fascinating lessons, very true and good questions from the interviewer!

Hey M bros and Mr. Beswick, even though the interview is not doing crazily well in terms of numbers it creates huge value for a specific cohort. Thank you very much for sharing !
  • @claraakane
Thank you for doing this interview. I am a musician by trade, and as far away classical music is from competitive sports it has proved to be so beneficial to learn the principles shared in this video. I’d even say high level performance in just about any field can learn a lot from this.
  • @mindbodycheer
Real self vs. Performance self really spoke to me.
  • Lifes long battles don't always go to the strongest or fastest man but sooner or later the man that wins is the man who thinks he can.
  • Excellent for coaches. I would love to implement these practices into my soccer team.
  • @CastleHassall
Wow!!! this is probablyv THE most helpful advice I've ever heard being given in a video in my whole life! .. i would love to be able to have you give me personal coaching to try to rebuild my life after really tough times but thank you so much guys for such a helpful and very well conducted interview and advice session.. i will try to apply these things to my life and hopefully one day will be able to thank you both in person
