Just a FYI , if you cut into that garage door about a blades length a foot away or even closer to that handle the door will go right up . All you have to do is cut that cross bar that locks both sides of the door . Normally one cut will release the lock and it will roll up
  • Good job filming mike. Your closeups of the firefighters were great. Most people need a tripod they are shaking so much. And they film mostly the flames whitch is like watching paint dry. You had great up-close transitions. I ducted when the guy pulled the ladder off the truck I felt I was that close. The fire fighters are the story content and the fire is just the reason why. Keep up the good work. Retired Firefighter, James

"We need a hydrant ..." Well, yes you do, and you should know in advance where they are.

I guess everyone gets to be a chief in this place.
  • the stations must be far away from this neighborhood , this house was gone before they got there

Good video production. I wish you had a time displayed so we can see how much time elapsed till it was out.

A Brick House can be leveled in a matter of seconds, when I was in High School a predominantly wealthy Family lived in a brick Ranch, I saw the house the next morning going to School, it was gone, burned to the ground. This was 31 Years Ago. Edit : I live in Pennsylvania and Our Firefighters are Professionals ! Nice Work Guys. I'm not too far from Pittsburgh.

Nice to see the air packs are just for decoration. Lots to pick apart on this one. This is why we train.

With that many chiefs I’m willing to bet still none of them completed a 360 🤦🏻‍♂️

Just one line in operations??. Correct me if I'm wrong..

This is what aggravated me when I was a firefighter, You have battalion chiefs and captains and lieutenants grab in the noz zle and everything else when it's the job of us firefighters to do it because they had their time but Tanya's you don't belong going into the structure or being on the hoseline!!!!!

I'm just here to read all the comments from the YouTube firefighters, telling us what the actual firefighters are doing wrong. Never ceases to amuse me.

Thats a pretty nice house to use for training like that.

we had garage by the NYS line on SR 11 where the last fire hydrant on the PA failed to work along with the line on the NY side of the boarder. The Conklin pumper truck had to drive into a field and pump water from the river due to water lines failing and hydrants not being maintained by the water companies.

Take your time fellas, it hasn't gone to a second house yet. Also, I wouldn't bother inquiring if anyone is inside.

Thank you for the video. Hopefully it can be used in their post review of this fire to improve their tactics. They will need it.
