I started making my own sunscreen after reading the label on store bought stuff and seeing all the petroleum derived UV absorbers. Making your own is so simple. Made mine by combining zinc oxide, beeswax, shea butter, coconut oil, and vitamin E oil. Thats it!

A friend got melanoma inside his eyeball. I'll keep wearing my polarized sunglasses.
  • Fabulous. Thank You Sarah. Beautiful Andrew. And The Food!!! Not Beastie Enough 😊😊😊 Blessings..Keep Shining On
  • Agree that physical barriers are ideal for protection from the sun. This is how people protected themselves for thousands of years. The problem is that people now walk around half naked in beaches and public so they need artificial/potential harmful chemicals instead.
  • I live in Phoenix Az a very sunny place. I use to use sunglasses and my eyes were very sensitive to the light. I read the book Renegade Beauty and decided to ween my eyes off of sunglasses. It's now been 10+ years with no sunglasses. My eyes are strong and I never squint. The body adapts if you give it time.
  • I haven’t worn sunglasses for years (except in the high altitude mountains). I also wear long sleeves and long pants if it’s going to be very sunny. Otherwise I try to get out in the mornings and evenings when the sun isn’t so harsh.
  • I have two freckles behind my right eye ball. I am terrified to go without my sunglasses at 57yrs young. I never wore sunglasses until forty something. I am afraid that those feckles will become cancerous....do you have any advice?
  • Well, mankind survived 1000 of years without sunglasses and sunsreen. That is for sure. Getting a tan is a natural protector.

Sounds great but what about us guys who can’t take even 10 minutes of sunlight, I got Nothing for sun protection

It’s a personal opinion and choice…… up to you! Have you investigated “solar callus”? Some people need sun screen and sunglasses 😎 others don’t……

Look at the correlation between sunscreen and skin cancer. I’m taking about normal pharmaceutical sunscreen. Putting 50 chemicals on your skin vs getting sun…Which one do you think causes cancer?
  • @SoulSpa6835
Was this before or after his interview with Jack Kruse? Hmmm
  • @katniss4670
How many minutes if sunlight per day are enough ? Can the exposure be with sunscreen or must it be bare skinned ?

My friend about 40 yo has a melanoma cancer in his eye… We all wonder why this happened. We live in Europe
  • He is probably 100x smarter than everyone in this comment section. That’s why you value what this great man says. Could he be wrong? Yes, he’s a man. Does he have skills that 99.9% of us haven’t acquired? Likely.. And is thus worth attention and success. He’s taught me a lot. I’m grateful. This is a real man of character.

So when I make a video about this, it gets hit with medical misinformation.
