I’m slowly dumping my supplements. I can’t believe how much better I feel on carnivore and if I’m not taking supplements, that $ can go to food. And if that food is mostly meats, then I save on produce that sometimes go to waste. And if I’m only getting meats and not packaged foods like breads and crackers, I’m saving there plus time in the grocery. And if I’m just cooking meats, then I’m not spending hours making casseroles and grains of some sorts. And if my family prefers meats anyway, I’m not stressed trying to satisfy each person with what I fix. They can take their meats and make it their own. I’ve never been so happy around food. Slowly losing for the first time in ten years to boot!
  • Great video and will watch your other video's, thank you. Live in Michigan so take D3 & K2 in the winter. Would enjoy not taking so many supplements.
  • There is nothing better than sun for vitamin D3 intake. Since going carnivore my lips no longer get sun burned and I can feel my body absorbing the sunlight.

I take D3 & K2...but I also have to take potassium, (prevents leg cramps) Magnesium (so I go #2 better) and sodium. LMNT packets are good, Keto Chow has electrolyte packets also...i'm 60yrs old, my 40yr old daughter takes the LMNT packets too. I need to include iodine, can NOT do organ meat, just can't do it.

I had to stop eating strict carnivore for a few days because I was having horrible muscle cramps that wouldn't go away. My electrolyte supplements weren't rich enough with magnesium and potassium. So I ended up having to eat avocado, broccoli, and walnuts, and my muscle cramps went away.
  • Our gut creates k2 so long as we have the proper bacteria, which was my understanding that this was through formented foods. I'll definitely check out your other videos now. Thanks.

I would like to hear talk on supplement usefulness for people who have atherosclerosis and high CAC scores who have taken up the carnivore diet.

Considering how low most peoples D3 is, I think the supplement might still be needed. But I’d be interested if somebody who’s been carnivore for a year or two would get some blood work done and see. And then see what their diet is. So I get what you’re saying, I guess what I’m saying is give me some numbers.

Oh man I really needed this diet but it made my blood pressure go up to 192. Yesterday
  • Can the carnivore diet help me with my hormones and hormonal migraines? They are absolutely horrible!

poultry liver and fat is quite rich in k2. if you eat that with fatty fish or maybe some cod liver or cod liver oil youre probably good
