Quick ideas from the book Mindset
-The two extreme are the fixed versus the growth mindset.
-People with the fixed mindset believe that we are simply born with a natural gift for certain things. On the other hand, people with the growth mindset believe that we can be good at anything if we work hard at it.
-Our mindset can vary depending on the situation
-Changing our mindset is not an overnight process, each change we make has an immediate result and it’s easier than we think
-Learn to let off my ego
-Approach each problem head on
-Keep working on reframing your thought towards a growth mindset

I love your videos, will always be a fan :) I think those with a growth mindset and grit can and will eventually dominate whatever they are aspiring to.

Another brilliant video! Everyone has a gift, if you're lucky you'll find it, if you're clever you'll continue to work hard and be the best!

This book is great and your video was also very nice. I liked the line there is no reason to avoid hard things. If we keep trying we will become a whole lot better at it over time. And well explained through story.
