  • I absolutely love how much RNY has helped you gain so much confidence and has taught you to give yourself grace. ❤️❤️ I am at the beginning stages of my journey and appreciate all your videos. These have helped me know what to expect.

Congratulations!!! Please document the pregnancy and do tell more about your journey with the tool!!!!
  • I LOVE that you mentioned that you could do it but you needed the extra support. I am the same way. I do amazing at Keto and have lost a significant amount of weight previously. My family doesn't understand that. I love that you mentioned habits! I just found your videos, you're one of my favorites now! :) You look great and I love that you feel great, too!
  • Hi, I'm so happy to hear that you are doing well. I started my process beginning of March, just before everything got crazy and my surgery is scheduled for end of July. I pray we are all better and it doesn't get rescheduled. I'm soooooo ready but so terrified. Your story gives me hope.
  • Hi Sam, thank you so much for your videos. I am currently researching everything gastric for my SIPS procedure on 9 Feb 2021. Also, while going through some of your videos I've noticed a lot of ORBS in your videos. A lot are in this one and noticed them first in your 'Surgery Day! The good and not so good! video.....there are A LOT of orbs around you.....just wanted to mention. Maybe so back and watch for yourself.

You either had orbs or insects flying around in your room while video taping this!
  • I just had bypass May 18th and I'm miserable. I have been unable to take in more than 1/2 premier protein and 1 bottle of water. My doctor says its because I'm still swollen, but I swear I've been having regrets. I'm hoping it gets better in week 2. I've only experienced 1 episode of vomiting, but have a few episodes of nausea.
