    I'm sorry to say that, but for me what your consultant says is just a bag of rubbish. Using smash for pancakes is a tweak and she should've been able to explain it to you in a sec. You use it instead of flour and it should be synned as one. Most people (including me) don't do that, but it's OK only if done from time to time. And if you're not loosing weight that should be the first thing to change. Also advice to eat less is not very helpful! You're trying to lose weight for some time now and you've been seriously limiting your calorie intake so I would rather suspect your body adjusted itself to survive on lower calories and limiting it even more won't help at all. I think you should rather think about ways to speed up your metabolism. I'm just happy you're not giving up - one day you'll break that wall! xx
