A hotel or a minute man boot camp. A full tour of the settlement could be cool.

Fuck me, what an amazing mod! It always pisses me off when I find out about some cools mods AFTER I've already finished some of my big settlements :D Btw the whole factory looks great, especially that back exit. I LOVE it! :)

Ya know, with this factory making robots and all, maybe the people of Sanctuary can build Securitrons as some sort of police force.

Niiiice. The decorating is top notch Bethesda style. Also, the ramp on the back was definitely one of my favorite parts; it looks so unique and scrappy but perfectly in place. Awesome job as always!

Oh, man, that is a thing of beauty! Yeah, it not only looks GREAT but it's so incredibly imaginative that I was walking through practically "seeing" who was working in the offices and why, understanding that they were building "X" and why, etc. Just amazing!

Make a small corner superstore, where unlike a market (which would be full of home-grown fruits and vegetables) would be full of scavenged industrialized products

It's pretty weird to think how old this game is. It feels like just yesterday it came out :/ hope they make another one tbh, loved the fallout series and the creative people that do interesting things like this, such as yourself <3
