In this video watch me transform Red Rocket into an armoured neutral zone where traders can shop and stay. This is part of my Fallout 4 Settlement building series.
Enjoy!

Hangmans alley would be amazing. I find it so difficult to build there

Amazing build. Thought I would drop a tip for future play-throughs. If you skirt around to the cave in the back of RR when you first leave Sanctuary and clear out the mole rats down there, they won't pop up top when you "discover" RR and there won't be any holes to annoy you.

Easily the best red rocket build I have ever seen. Very unique, I have never seen anyone board up all of the doors and create a whole new entrance.
  • I never even new that rolling garage door existed. Glad I watch these videos to make my settlements more interesting than just "square shack with beds."

Looks awesome! Abernathy Farm is the next closest one, and I feel like it matches the look of the other settlements you have already.

YT just randomly recommend this to me. Before this video, I had never heard of the pillar glitch. This is lifechanging and I have subscribed.

Love this build and especially the entrance!! ๐Ÿ˜ I just started playing a couple of weeks ago after watching the show. Loved your sanctuary hills videos as I had no idea what I was doing ๐Ÿ™ˆ started looking up red rocket videos shortly after but couldnโ€™t find any doable ones (without mods) and then you uploaded this one. Shout out ๐Ÿ™Œ

Really like your building style, even amongst all the 'scrappy build' builders you stand-out in the best ways.
  • Normally i turn the sloped part of the roof of the red rocket into a shooting range using the posters that light up as the targets but that enclosed elevator idea is do freaking good that i need to use that in my settlements asap

An approach I don't know that I've seen taken before despite the countless builds I've seen done on this popular spots. Hats off for the considerable patience you showed on the initial walls, that many pillar glitched walls in a row tends to get tedious to do pretty quickly for me, so I respect the determination.

i never knew a fallout 4 building community existed and now i fee like i just fell through the greatest rabbit hole ever with all these videos! thank you so much, iโ€™ll definitely be following a couple of these tutorials!

I'll have to knick some of these things and do a bit of a rebuild of my own RR home.

Came out really great! I like to start off using RR as my home base. The mentality behind my RP of Nate being Sanctuary is too fresh of a wound for him. Plus just mistrust of this new world, etc. So he's a bit of a hermit, hunkered down in RR. This looks exactly like something my character would love to live in, haha. 10/10

Looks great as usual! Given me plenty of ideas for when I move onto rebuilding other settlements!
  • Well done mate. Keeping it small worked so well. I have to keep that in mind when I build. Keeping the rooms small feels more natural. And that entry way, Iโ€™m stealing that once I get done with my play through.
  • i literally squealed when i saw this video uploaded red rocket is my fav place ever but i didn't know how to build it all nicely thank you so much

I am hopelessly outmatched by your intuitive creativity. Everything looks believable and practical. I don't know where to begin with my settlements. I kinda wish there was a list of preset options for rebuilding settlements.
