Spore is such a good game, a real classic

Looks like they had some crazy ideas for this game, too bad their parents company was ea

This trailer just made me realize what's wrong with Spore. It is utterly unfinished. So much potential.

Spore creatures be like: "Why is there a alien in the sky deforming us?" "We like to call those the Qu, it's best you stay away from them."

The birth/resurgence of the All tomorrows fandom brought us here again.

Spore is probably the only game where we play as the main antagonist-- the Qu.

Okay but can we just talk about how this trailer has some really nice vibe to it.. I can't really explain, but it's so... whimsical.

"How will you create the Universe?" ... Those words have been planted in my mind since I was six. I may not play Spore as much as I used to, but that doesn't mean I'll ever stop loving it. This trailer brings me years of nostalgia that I don't think I'll ever get back. I wish EA was more patient with the development of Spore when Maxis was making it. Otherwise, it would've been a lot better. After hearing that it could've had an Aquatic Stage, I was furious at EA ever since. Well, whatever, I'm just glad I got to play the game when I was little anyway. Otherwise, I'd never learn any of this. Okay, I'm done now.

Imagine if spore gets a remake where you could sculpt..

There is something special about 2007-2009 trailers

Spore had such potential...its a shame EA half assed it then abandoned it soon after...thank God for the modding community that has been keeping the legacy alive.

I’ve been seeing all tomorrow’s references in the comments lately, so let me give you a fun fact: In the space stage, you can actually gain the ability to modify existing creatures in different planets into whatever you want it to be, so you’re pretty much the Qu to these creatures

I can’t tell if that was an official trailer, a really good animation over an okay song or just a drug trip that got put in a meat grinder with a fever dream and came out as a sensory overload.

If only EA realized how great this game was and still is, would love a second one

I love how detailed this trailer is going through each and every thing you would see in the game 0:11 cell stage 0:14 creature creation 0:19 creature stage 0:23 bigger brain/tribal creation/migration 0:30 tribal stage 0:33 discovery of fire 0:39 civilizations stage 0:43 galactic/space stage 0:46 going to the middle of the galaxy 0:50 going to other worlds/planets Its so detailed and i love it

I desperately wanted Spore as a kid growing up. I remember begging my mom to get me it bc I saw a CD for it at a store for only like $5 but I was incredibly disappointed to find out it was only add-ons for the game

This makes me feel so sad and nostalgic. Spore could have been so much more.
