Poor impulse control. Acts out violently. Future convict.

Stomping someone's head when they're on the floor in the middle of a ball game? How evil do you have to be? Charge him with assault, he needs to be held accountable

That kid is not right in the head. He should be charged with assault. This is what happens when you let kids get so used to violence that they think it's okay. He needs to be watched constantly this is probably not the first time he's done something like this.

ASSAULT & BATTERY. NO WAY AROUND IT. It don't matter if the stomping kid was BLACK, WHITE, BROWN, POLKA DOT, that kid NEEDS to face consequences as well as his parents pay for this child's hospital bills. If no consequences are handed to the stompy kid or his parents, they need to be SUED for HOSPITAL BILLS and PAIN AND SUFFERING FOR THIS CHILD😡GET A GREAT LAWYER and be ready to fight. Just because stompy is a black kid doesn't give him special treatment, and most definitely DOES NOT EXCUSE him from facing SERIOUS consequences. This is NOT teaching moment. This is NOT a "oh well my child is feeling sorry", which by the way I have not seen ANY APOLOGY from stompy or his parents😡So any kid or adult can just go around commiting attempted m*rder these days?! Disgraceful parents, someone needs to put this family on blast. where are all of the internet detectives when you need them😤

Wake up parents, you should be held responsible. N.S.
  • This is a hate crime. The parents need to be held accountable. The aggressor should probably stay in hiding.

Aggravated assault and battery. Possibly a hate crime. No real punishment will come of this.

Kids see Draymond Green get away with assault & battery in the NBA and think they can get away with it too.
  • The person who did the stomping is apart of a protected class. Nothing will happen to him.

There will never be in charges in OTown. Their DA does nothing. Oakland call this Street Ball.
