Christopher Dunn, whose 1990 first-degree murder conviction was overturned again Monday, was set to be released Wednesday. It's unclear why the attorney general opposes Dunn's release. "48 Hours" correspondent Erin Moriarty has more.

Unclear why the attorney general went to Supreme Court? Its Missouri, It’s race.
  • Speaking as a Missourian I am disgusted with the behavior of AG Bailey and this is not the exception this is his norm and he needs to go! Missouri need a change

Must vote a different Governor and Attorney General.

This action is false arrest. By keeping him in prison is false imprisonment by the State of Misery.
  • This is why some of the SUPREME COURT NEEDS TO BE HELD TO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ETHIS VIOLATIONS

I’m sorry but the Missouri AG is unhinged. I’ve read briefs from that office and they’re…out there. He has given absolutely wild testimony in Congress which made me seriously question how he even graduated law school.

For anyone wondering....yes, Missouri's SC is indeed a MAGA SC, 5 Rep, 2 Dem.
  • @mindblueyez671
This poor guy has lost so many years in prison, and they are still stealing his time! Disgusting!!!!
  • @crinklecut3790
This AG will fight to preserve injustice for as long as it takes, campaign be damned!
  • Erin Moriarty keeps using the word "inexplicable", and she's trying hard not to use the word "stupid".

If we let one innocent man out of prison, we would have to release all the innocent men. Only in America does this make sense
  • @jennifersohn1
This is insanity. Horrible. Actually, this is sadistic. WHY isn’t the Governor pardoning this innocent man?

If people in Missouri elect this man AG, the state should be shunned. No professional sports teams should go there, no corporations should build there, either we have a system of justice that is fair to all or we don't and it appears in Missouri, you don't. Please for the love of god send this AG home in November
