This is kinda off subject but, I put chia seed and ground flax seed in my oatmeal every morning. For about 5 months now, I've lost 50 lbs. I think that has had a huge impact on my weight loss. I also love chia pudding. Im gonna give this a try today. Love those chia seeds!!

I eat my chia seed pudding everyday. Chia seeds, coconut milk, frozen fruit, vanilla extract and stevia, blend together in a blender a few times every 20 minutes and portion freeze. Love it and it keeps me regular👍
  • Chia seeds have completely transformed my baking game! By replacing eggs with a chia seed 'egg' (1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water), I can easily whip up delicious vegan treats without sacrificing texture or taste. Plus, knowing I'm getting a dose of protein and fiber makes indulging even sweeter!❤

I grew up with Chia before it became known as a "superfood" lol in El Salvador it is prepared this same way, just sweeter, we call it Chan and serve it during parties and special events. Chia is THE best :)
  • Chia seeds with coconut milk sweetened with monkfruit and cinnamon. All together in a mason jar ready to eat next day.

Love chia seeds. I've used them in a few ways: mixed with my morning yogurt and fruit; in a smoothie; in oats; and mixed with unsweetened herbal tea. I have found it helps with digestion and prevents constipation. Looking forward to trying this fresca water. Thank you for sharing!

The recommended daily amount of chia seed is approx. 1 tbsp. or 15 grams. And the seed needs to soak several hours in a liquid before ingesting. They turn gel like and are better for indigestion.

I drink this everyday. It’s helpful to lose weight with it. Also if you have it before you go to sleep it helps with belly fat.

I juice 10 lemons. This lasts one week. OK. Too easy doing this right now😊 thank you very much. Sometimes I have put turmeric and black pepper in lemon juice and water

I mix ground flaxseed in with my Chia seed water and drink it all down together. 😋
  • Great benefits. I just started making this. I make my warm water, 1 tbsp chia seed and half of fresh lemon juice.

I found this to be a trend on social media and I'm now doing this on a regular basis. This really is a fun drink too! With all the benefits of the chia seeds it's definitely a motivator to drink more water.

I made mine using cooled herbal tea! So good! One Raspberry Zinger and the other Country Peach (Celestial Seasonings brand) 1) I started by adding 4 ounces of boiling water over my tea bags (in separate jars, and let it steep for several minutes 2) I add 12 ounces cool filtered water to each jar, allowing the tea to cool slightly before following instructions in the video above. (I added honey to both but omitted the lemon for the peach tea) Yummy!
  • Reinhard Langer I add Chia seeds, Oats and yoghurt and leave it overnight in the fridge for my breakfast and add a banana or blueberry if in season I also use Chia Seed to thicken my sauces instead of corn-starch. Its healthier, it’s tasteless, and does the same trick. I grind it in a liquidizer first until it becomes a powder That way it dissolves faster (I love it in my Bolognese sauce) That’s just me, Try it, it works
