The decision to keep DietDoctor as the keto / low-carb site is very much appreciated. Those of us eating that way for medical reasons are well served by this. Best of luck, good people.

Achieving our health-related goals is so much easier when we are not hungry. Appreciate the focus on satiety which will help so many people who are struggling in this area.
  • I would also like to see Diet Doctor branch out a bit and include more information about carnivore. There are so many of us that were helped some by low carb, but just not enough, but found all the healing we needed on carnivore. There are plenty of people out there still that could really benefit from carnivore but don't know it's a healthy option.
  • Excellent choice to keep Diet Doctor focused on low carb. Very good idea. I can go to Diet Doctor and not get confused.
  • But what happened to the channel? No videos or updates for 8 months and where is Dr. Scher?
  • I'm so glad I found Diet Doctor 7 years ago. You started me on the path to healthy eating and huge weight loss. You also dispelled my fear of fat, removed my carb cravings and stabilised my blood glucose. I really can't thank you enough. Unfortunately for me, I have learnt the hard way that I can't eat carbs without cravings and binge eating. I wish I could eat them in moderation, but I can't so I'm happy to follow a strict keto lifestyle.

I've been following high satiety, healthy fats, low carb (but not keto) and certainly low sugar for about 4 years now. 100 pound loss worked for me, good luck with this.

Good to see you, Andreas. I was an early subscriber to Diet Doctor many years ago. I've been low carb for 10 years I guess. Always used to promote the site to friends for reliable information. I found I visited the site less often the more sweet alternatives were introduced. I know things change but I preferred the pre sweetener days. Thank you. Andreas for all the facts and recipes that got me started as a paid subscriber and for all the information I could still access for free later on.

I've been LCHF/keto for 10 years this month. Got my start at Diet Doctor!

If somebody think can't live without carbs (and have problems) must just ask him/her self what is more important, cake or kidney, pizza or sight, ... Then all become much easier. Personally, staying carnivore or at least regular keto for the rest of my life.

Thank for keeping Diet Doctor low carb! I do though like the focus on higher satiety food WITHIN low carb, since I've been struggling with feeling full without crashing through the roof of high calorie limits...

Hava in Persian / Farsi means Air and sometimes Oxygen. Interesting name although I am sure this is coincidental. Diet Dr helped a lot on my new health journey since nov 2021. Thanks for saving tons of lives.

Thank you for all of your lessons and guidance. Your work was instrumental in getting me from a junk food addict to a carnivore. Since Jan 2023, I (43M) have dropped 70lbs (247-177lbs) with a 18% decrease in body fat. And of course, BP, triglycerides, blood glucose etc are all down; my triglycerides:HDL went from 4.2 to 2.8. I have a little ways to go but I am looking forward to it! Thank you again! You helped save my life!!

I'll HAVAnother Steak please 😊 low carb all the way ...

What I really love about dietdoctor, outside recipes, are the articles about the science behind keto, with links to specific studies. I also have watched, and enjoyed, a lot of Dr Bret Sher's videos.
  • @Liahs333
Sounds super interesting. I’m just hoping that it is as simple as low carb is. Meaning the food prep and recipes. As soon as things get too fancy or complicated I tend to quit. I’ll definitely have a look πŸ‘€
  • @cmonkey63
This makes sense. My journey started about 10 years ago when I first read Gary Taubes' book. But I also read other books that described just this thing - eating until you're satisfied. If that also works for people, I'm all for it.

So glad to hear the latest news! Congrats to all. Equally happy that Diet Doctor will remain, as it has been a hub of learning and resources for me over the last 7 years! It was literally the first website I found when facing a health crisis and has been an almost daily log-on for me! It's where I got me start and happy I can stay.
  • I am a Diet Doctor member. I love DD. I will always be a member. I joined three years ago. It sounds to me, here, that Andreas Eenfeldt is saying that Diet Doctor members will have access to both? " As a paying Diet Doctor Member, you will also be among the first to get access to Hava. You get to have Diet Doctor and Hava." That's awesome.
