To all the dummbells who keeps calling the video clickbait, please use your brain before commenting. The word danger written in the title is written as: "Dangers". That means the video is gonna debunk myths that creatine is dangerous. This is why school has 7 subjects, one includes English class. Too bad so many people think school isn't necessary in order to be soberminded

Ive been lifting for 33 years, been taking creatine for the majority of that. I now recommend to everyone i meet who is curious about my supplemental regimen, everyone from children to the elderly. I recommend between 1/2 gram to 6-7 grams dependant of age, health, activity etc.

Excellent interview Tom! This is an eye-opening discussion on creatine which should put an end to all the false claims out there. Keep going on your health mission. You are doing a great job my friend!

Think this is the best video I’ve ever seen on this channel 👌 kudos Thomas

The ONLY time I've ever had an issue with creatine was on days I wasn't hydrated enough. Once I realized the cramps weren't from low magnesium or potassium, I increased my water intake by around 24 oz daily, and made sure I added an extra electrolyte drink by mid afternoon, and since then, no worries! I'm not saying this is the answer for everyone, but it's working for me
  • Great video! Was really curious about this topic since Ive heard all of these since I was younger
  • I’ve heard Dr. Candow talk about Creatine in a different podcast which is why I decided to take it and not be concerned about the side effects. At the time I was going to start with just 2 g but after listening to him, I bumped it up to five since I had a wrist fracture injury a few months ago. Also, some said that it makes a person puffy in the face but I’ve lost 10 pounds in the last month and the face has muscle so I don’t mind since I don’t want to look sickly losing muscle. I need to lose weight, so I’m intermittent fasting but I want to lose fat and not muscle.

I have been using creating since the Bill Phillips days. That’s mid 90’s by the way. Great video. Forgot the studies on cognition.
  • It’s a great video filled with information you take from it what you want to learn. If you don’t want to learn that don’t click on it. We’re not always gonna like lessons, but educating is important and I appreciate these videos. We all have a busy schedule and maybe we were texting from a, busy day and didn’t auto correct we’re all human that shows he’s not a bot
  • the only time creatine is dangerous for me is when im running low and need to buy more of it ...

THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF YOUR BEST VIDEOS EVER!!!! This video will shut up everyone that's hating on creatine
  • Is there evidence that caffeine may reduce creatine's benefits? Will taking creatine with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) increase the risk of kidney damage?
  • @Brinb
