So fun fact.. I suffered a brain injury from septicemia meningitis.. doctors wanted me on big pharma, meds.. I found a study from the Ukraine about treating sever mental illness by using creatine.. needless to say, I went that latter route.. I honestly never felt better and ended up recovering 100% and then some.... Just a thought for someone experiencing brain health illness.

I had a severe concussion this year. For a month after I stuggled to exercise, even walk, although my body wasn’t injured besides my head. I had trouble concentrating or reading. I would get very dizzy while driving so I had to stop. I read about creatine for people with traumatic brain injury and started taking it. Within 24 hours all of those symptoms disappeared. I started exercising and driving again. It was very dramatic how quickly it worked.

I've been taking creatine every work day for over a year, and I feel better. I feel better hydrated, I feel more awake, and I feel less stressed and depressed.

I was misdiagnosed when I spoke with my doc about depression and anxiety! It was just not eating enough healthy foods and all the processed foods in the stores I was thinking it was healthy for me!! I just eat meat fish and vegetables and have completely stopped eating anything else!! Also pineapple everyday ! Fruits are good but I limit the amount of. I have so much clarity and have noticed a complete difference in my mood and energy levels!
  • Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
  • I used to take a lot of creatine. Especially when I was really working out. I was hit with depression and anxiety in late 2021 as I stopped taking creatine and was not working out as much !

After taking SSRI’s for more than 6 years, I began taking 5g of creatine daily. Along with regular exercise I was able to taper off the SSRI’s, thank goodness. The combination of creatine & exercise have transformed my life.
  • Creatine drastically reduces my sleep requirements. Also helped with the jet lag. Latety it seems to help with mental wear from excessive load (new job + language)

This video might be the most important video I’ve heard on YouTube in quite awhile ! I started two weeks ago with 2 grams a day and my anxiety has stopped ! Absolutely grateful to you and your guest ! It’s also helping me in the gym ….

I have taken creatine on occasion on and off for 30 years. I typically take 2 to 3 g a day. When I take it, I notice a cognitive and overall energy improvement.

Thomas is becoming a very humble and self-aware, thoughtful and balanced interviewer. It's clear he's becoming more so over time and it's really respectable. Editor's clickbait titles and thumbnails on the other hand do not match Thomas' genuine growth.

For me personally, creatine 100% helped with my mental health. It actually made it easier for me to come off medication I was taking for nerve pain.
  • @victorcs_
    Fantastic interview. Thanks Thomas.
  • I tried everything, ketamine infusion , anti depressants ( a few types ) made me worse I started creatine & 3 days later , palpitations stop , crying spells stop , shivers stop .

Wonderful information! Especially in treating and reducing brain inflammation and improving sleep. Thank you!!
  • @savvyroca
I had a concussion recently. I highly recommend creatinine to recover!! Also recommend Malama Mushrooms “brain gains” instead of coffee to help with focus. For better sleep magnesium threonate or malama mushrooms “chill bruh” does the trick. And most importantly aerobic exercise a simple walk boosts brain functioning.

I can attest to the very noticeable effect on my mood and my partners anxiety taking 10g a day.
  • Creatine is the truth!!!!!! Oh my goodness,. I realized the effects of it unintentionally. I was simply taking it for strength benefits and realized my depression and anxiety/ my memory significantly improved. It was so weird! I had no clue what was happening or the reason for this improvement until I stopped taking it and my depression restarted and the light bulb went off! I’m happy it happened in this order because I know for a fact it works!

You ask so many good questions that I know I would have eventually had. Thanks for the great interview and info.
