Dicing Onions

Crying is allowed. Submerging peeled onions into cold water or chilling in a refrigerator before dicing can slow down the release of methionine and cystine (amino acids) that cause us to tear up when cutting onions.

This method will get you though it safely, quickly and efficiently!
