Quick poll... how many of us watching this aren’t “beginners” and are just watching because we’ve seen this in our recommendations FOREVER and decided to FINALLY click on it?

Despite this being for beginners, it’s fascinating to come back after learning how to play and instrument and realize how good these people are.
  • Basoonist: I love the bassoon for it's range Flautist: I love the flute for it's range Everyone else: I love my instrument for it's versatility

Anyone else watch this even though they've been in band for years?
  • @tennisandlattes
My band teacher showed this to the woodwind sectionals and I think everyone was so intrigued by all the instruments they had the chance to play during beginning band. But what can I say, we love our instruments
  • As somebody who plays the euphonium, this demonstration was an amazing view into the "smaller tuba" instrument.
  • "Oboe reeds are very delicate, and must be handled with care." Clarinet player: YEET

I’m a cellist but I’ve always wanted to play trombone. It has such a gorgeous and versatile sound, and I’m sure I’ll have one some day

Hi! I am showing this to my 9th grade Beginning Band class. Woo hoo! Two students said they like the trombone. One said, "It's nice." :face-pink-tears::face-pink-tears::face-pink-tears:"It was soooo beautiful!" :goat-turquoise-white-horns: Thank you for your service!
  • I remember back in 2020 when I joined my schools band, my band director showed me this video because I didn’t know if I wanted to play flute or clarinet (I chose clarinet, I play bass clarinet now.) I am forever thankful for my first band director ❤
  • @chip73731
    Their personalities match their instruments...

Quoting my child: “they don’t know how much they help me”. Thank you for helping make a decision in the choosing his first instrument.

The Army Field and has always had the most amazing musicians. As a former band member, I consider them the best.
