Fun fact: In Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, there's a neat little reference to Mario & Wario. The Junker boss has an attack where he puts a trash can on Mario's head, and the way Mario walks in that state even looks very similar to Mario & Wario.

Have you looked up Yoshi's Safari? It's a Mario rail shooter made with the Super Scope in mind. It's the last game to feature the Koopalings before their big break until Superstar Saga and NSMB Wii.

Two games you should have mentioned are 1. Fortune Street / Boom Street - two different names for the same game. It is a basically Monopoly with share/stock trading with Mario and Dragon Quest Characters 2. Captain Rainbow - has Mario characters in it. Totally weird game only released in Japan. The game is basically obscure Nintendo characters like Birdo, Little Mac and others in hard times and you as Captain Rainbow need to save them. These two games ate totally weird.
