You can also make the big cash by selling off a good chunk of the hundreds of monster parts and ores you've accumulated over the course of your adventure. I had thousands of them and made 30K rupees just selling a fraction of them lmao

To get rupees quick you can also go to the cave next to Riola Spring in Faron, set up a campfire, wait until morning and shoot Farosh's horn every time it spawns. Each horn shard is 300 rupees each and doesn't take very long.
