Hidden Death E: Mario falls down accompanied with a slide whistle, only to end up in the void. Hidden Death F: Mario finds a mirror version of himself who copies him. He is revealed to possibly be a Cosmic Clone. Hidden Death H: Mario jumps into his kart, and drives off whilst being followed by a chain chomp and other characters.

For the weird mushroom, you don’t gotta complete the four world championship levels, you can just shake the mushroom and it’ll eventually turn into the weird mushroom.
