For the first time, Pogi went on a long altitude camp before the Tour. Also, he switched his training style from explosiveness to long duration effort. These are the 2 main reasons he improved this year for the Tour

Great win for the pog!!. Everybody seems to forget JV and Remco had monster crashes that screwed their preparation what did everyone expect?. Its not drugs!.
