    Great. Blessings to u. Since 91 m suffering from slip disc problem. Today in d mg while lifting an empty bucket I suddenly pushed my disc out. N I was in to a severe pain. Now after watching u I jst did exercise twice n feeling much better. Thankuuuuuuuu sooooo much Dr. Nicely n patiently explained.

    thank you so much DOCTOR. VARUN WASIL. Your video is very informative. My mother did that when there was no improvement in her condition after taking a lot of medicines but... after doing that exercises she recovered very fastly in just 1 or 2 days.
