    sir sbse best rep range is 6-8 if u are not a beginner...and still if u r a beginner u can go for 8-10 reps to increase strength+muscles mass.
  • Are bhaiya , i m from nepal, and coulr u please tell what happens when we use reps at increasing weights like 30-35-40 kgs each set for 3 set?

    Guruji! Kya baat boli hai - I was doing the other way, ki haanji weight badna chahiye and reps girne shuru ho gaye. Ab karenge sahi se progressive overload!
