Man I really don't understand what the hype is. I'm a huge fan of Jay-Z, which is why I expected more. Sure, the content of it is great. He's introspective. There are songs where glimpses of his greatness are there. But when I compare this album to Jay at the top of his game in The Blueprint and The Black Album, he's too lazy with his flow in a lot of songs. There's not a ton of replay value.
