Don’t be scared. How can you get in a relationship with them if you can’t even say hello? Just say hi! Don’t even think about how pretty they are. Just get to know them and be friendly. And don’t force anything. Let the friendship (and if you’re lucky, the romance) come naturally, because otherwise it simply isn’t worth the investment. Also be patient. You’re gonna have to wait a while but it’ll happen eventually. (From me: a guy still in high school who has never dated)

Funny thing is- I already did all these steps when I’m with my crush :D 1. I’ve met their gaze a couple of times 2. And since I not afraid to approach my crush- taking the baby steps we’re easy ✨ 3. Of course I would show them my talents and skills- 4. I usually do this when I first meet someone soo yeh 5.I never knew that crossing your arms weren’t open body language but I usually never cross my arms so I guess I’m using open body language 6. I of course I did this! This is kinda the most important part because yeah you wanna get to know them and stuff but you have to try and show that you actually care about them. And guess what? My crush knows I exist, it’s just I’m not important so I’m pretty sure they don’t care. Not trying to assume. But every time we are near each other I tense up. It’s like weird, sometimes I feel like a connection, like they know something is up with me.
