Props to you for spending a ton of your own money on making an actually good high low series unlike another channel that just shilled their sponsors products and didnt do budget parts any justice

Law of diminishing returns definitely kicked in on the high bike. Furthermore, the low bike did not have "cheap" parts......it had "less expensive," quality parts.

Awesome series and thanks so much for all the effort, very well put together. I would love to see a "Sweet Spot" series where you compare and test the major components across the price range and find the point where performance gains are largely unnoticeable for a typical rider.

Really enjoyed this Evan. Top tier content from a channel with <40k subs, quite something. I think beyond any aspect of production in particular, what shone through was your personality and methodology. You made parts choices that were reasonable picks in context and never did it feel like you were concealing or avoiding the difficulties that the average person would face. And of course, it wasn't a total farce a-la-Pinkbike :)

The ultra high end is too Gucci for the most part…but they do have a nice resale value, so it’s not a total money burn. Pretty fun series. Your videos are quality enough and you are good enough in front of the camera to make a little longer vids if you ever wanted to. Remember we are all here for content, so the more content the better. Regardless though, nice job. 👍🏻 This series was fun, even though I wish the videos were longer. I think you have more than earned a subscriber, so I’m in.
