the brake pad not going down all the way is a big safety hazard, since the top of the pad isnt contacting the rotor this means that when the pads wear down they will press against each other instead of the rotor.
  • @aaronfu6761
you have a 200mm rotor but the break mount is for 203mm rotors. and yes you definitely need to change this
  • @Lowekilla
bro is riding trails wider then the highway and using handguards 💀
  • @Thomas-pv4my
The extra weight was probably added by the handguards and rear mudguard😉
  • It’s awesome seeing how much more confident you’ve grown on the bike. That chunky lead-in to the 5 foot-ish drop woulda had you shook not too long ago. I’m curious to how something like sunset ridge at hawes would stack up vs your new found confidence and skills!
  • I do own myself a R6 Rallon since January, absolute beast of a bike! Previously owned a Megatower CC and I feel like 10 x times more comfortable riding the Rallon. It’s also pretty playful being a size large and 29er both front and rear. Currently running Fox Performance and full Shimano XT + a custom Darimo stem and Hydra hubs, nothing to worry about but enjoying the trails 🤩

those trails would be considered dry here in the UK haha wish we had something like the Pro Closet over here!
  • Another great video! I kinda like the hand guards but haters gonna hate. Your living the dream dude. Keep doing what you do and we will keep watching!
  • @KD.MTB.
Lovin’ the weekly content! Keep the videos coming ❤
  • Super sick that your into supercross, Saturday was crazy. Glad you found a bike that you can hopefully enjoy 🤙
  • @dougsrosen
Happy for you Evan! TPC is dope. Now that bikes are so expensive it's good that they keep getting "upcycled"
  • @ekook3051
Sick! I bought the same bike used but it was a Rallon M-LTD from 2019. Definitely one of the best enduro bikes out there, I don't regret buying it used at all.

I have a used 2016 Trek Slash 8, 65 head angle, 170mm Lyrik fork, XT 4 piston brakes, nice 160mm RockShox shock, SLX drivetrain, KS Integra dropper, bought it 2 years ago, checked the bike properly before picking it up, other than bleeding the brakes & servicing the fork & shock everything was great with it, 2 years later I've only changed the shock bearings, headset stuff, rear hub because I broke it and will now change the cassette & chain :) I am very happy with the bike, it barely has any scratches on it and I got it really cheap, $1700 USD, new, back in 2016 it was $3500/$4000, the dude also gave me 2 spare sets of new Magic Marry & Hellcat 2.6 tyres. It depends where you get the bike from, proper check and a bit of luck :) Good video!

Loving the easy listening sound track. Seriously, it's dope. Also if you want to feel moto, ride a download bike with a double crown fork.
  • The Galfer rotors you took off are actually excellent in terms of stopping power. Don’t throw them out!
  • @AlvarezAzel
That's a great looking trail, it looks like my local trails here in the UK. Lots of mud and rocks but mine has a crap ton of slippery roots too. Sometmes you just gotta ride when it wet and muddy, like here in the UK 80% of the year the trails will be like that, just gotta take it as it comes. Mud guards and bike washes exist for a reason I guess :)
  • Love the content man! I'm an old dude like yourself (32) and grew up riding/racing moto, still ride! Within the last 3 years got into mtbing for the fitness and I love it! You and I seem to be alot alike, I'm a huge Eli Tomac fan as well!! He's got this SX season just about wrapped up! Let's see if he can get another MX title this summer!!
  • @wyaspence
You should look into custom decals and make a video about testing durability of frame decals!
